Use a simple Android Broadcast to inform users about pending OS upgrades, allowing Google to trigger a push notification that opens the flow. [Recommended]

Use a 3P external API to activate the Upgrade Invite flow itself (a notification or another surface should be handled by the OEM). This method is less recommended.
