Complete the form to submit your reservation request for Super Bowl LIV on February 12, 2023.
All requests will be answered by a Double D’s Sports Grille employee within 24-hours to confirm the reservation and process pre-payment.
Reservation Terms:
- $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity
- All reservations require prepayment
- Reservation includes your seat, all-you-can-eat food off the menu, 1 alcoholic beverage (beer, wine, well cocktails), raffle tickets, and 1 entry in the Double D's football squares pool
- A separate bill will be charged for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages purchased, plus tax and 20% gratuity.- Your reservation begins at 1:00pm until the end of the game
- 2 menu items per person may be ordered at a time. No food may be taken to-go.
- Limited space for large parties up to 12 available. Parties of 3 or less may be paired at a table with other fans.
- 48 hour cancellation policy will be required for a full refund.
- Double D’s Sports Grille reserves the right to refuse service at any time
