Hooray!! Who's ready for some Global City Fun starting this May 2020? This is the online application. If you prefer to print and fill out, you may do so and mail or email your application to: GLOBAL CITY NORWICH, 66 FRANKLIN STREET, NORWICH CT 06360.

There are 10 Global City Norwich Events listed below. Check the boxes of the festivals you would like to be a vendor at, fill out the rest of the application and submit. We will review your application and send you a link to pay when application is approved.
Vendor Fees for May Festivals are as follows:
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL February 1 to March 15 - $50 with no electricity. $70 with electricity.
March 16 to April 16 - $100 with no electricity. $120 with electricity.
April 17 to May 17 - $150 with no electricity. $170 with electricity.
The start and end times of all festivals vary. Please see list below and take note of event times. All vendors should be prepared to set up as early as 2 hours before the Festival begins. PARKING/UN-LOAD AND LOAD-OUT
Vendors may drive right into festival site and unload. Vehicles must be removed and parked in any Municipal Parking lot or on-street where available. The closest municipal lot is located on Cliff and Arcadia Street (Cliff Street Lot). Private parking is also available for free on weekends behind 205, 223 and 257 Main Street. These are the closest parking locations to the festival site. Much more parking is available all throughout Downtown Norwich.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AND TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT
Global City Norwich requires all vendors to maintain a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) naming NCDC as an additional insured. (NCDC, 66 Franklin Street, Norwich CT, 06360) Failure to provide a valid certificate of insurance prior to the event date will result in the release of your booth. Contact your insurance company to assist with the required wording.
Global City Norwich also requires food vendors to provide a Temporary Food Permit issued by Uncas Health District.
