We ask vendors to make a contribution towards the Global City Norwich event that you will be participating in. Your assistance is very much appreciated and will ensure a successful event which will thus help with the creation and planning of more successful events in Downtown Norwich.
All contributions will go towards Global City Norwich to support events, culture and our community. We are a non-profit and are making every effort to sustain a long term initiative.
You may mail a check. You may also bring a check, cash or credit card the day of event. Please make all checks payable to: NCDC (Norwich Community Development Corporation) and write in memo line - Global City Norwich. Load-in takes place the day of the event. Franklin Street between Bath to Willow will begin to be closed off to traffic starting at 12 noon and vendors may begin to set up at that time. All vendors must be fully loaded in with support vehicles swept from site by 1:30pm.
Load-out will also take place the day of the event. The Festival will end at 6pm and street will be open to traffic at 7pm.
Global City Norwich also requires food vendors to provide a Temporary Food Permit issued by Uncas Health District.
