The excursion to Hakone will take place as described, with bus transportation and prices as listed, as long as a minimum number of participants is met. If fewer people express interest, you will be contacted with a revised itinerary (traveling by train) and updated prices. Expressing interest does not commit you to joining the excursion and no payment will be taken until after the excursion is confirmed at the end of March. Participants wishing to join the excursion after this date will be accommodated as space allows.
