Gallery Aferro 2018 Auction Donation Form
This form will allow you to donate an artwork to our 10th annual fundraiser happening on June 16th, 2018. Donations are due May 5th, 2018 if you would like your artwork and information to be included in our fundraiser catalog. The deadline for the artwork to be included in the fundraiser (but not the catalog) is May 15th, 2018.

Artwork should be delivered to Gallery Aferro by May 19th. Artworks that arrive after that date may not be included in the auction.

Thank you very, very much for your support, which makes it all possible! Donating artists will receive FREE admission to the Gallery Aferro Fundraiser and the option to buy one discounted ticket for a guest. The money we receive from both ticket sales and sales of donated artworks goes directly into our programs: exhibitions, events, studio development, educational activities, publications, public art and more.

The information provided in this form will be used for the catalog listings so please fill everything out thoroughly and accurately. You must submit this form for each piece of artwork you wish to donate.

Donation Options: Below are options for sharing the sales of the donated artwork. If you choose 100% you are making an outright, fully tax deductible donation, to Gallery Aferro and we will keep the piece if it does not sell. If you choose 70/30, Gallery Aferro receives 70% of the funds if the work is sold and the artist receives 30%. If you choose 70/30 and the artwork doesn't sell, you must take the artwork back after the fundraiser. *
Artwork Release: If you chose a 100% donation please check below that you agree to fully donate your original artwork to Gallery Aferro Inc. You understand that this is an outright donation and that if your artwork does not sell on June 16th, Gallery Aferro will retain it for future fundraising purposes. If you chose to split the funds with Gallery Aferro, please check below that you understand if the work is not sold it is your responsibility to coordinate with Gallery Aferro staff to come retrieve the artwork or arrange for shipping. *
Artwork Delivery: Please check below how you will be getting the artwork to us! Our gallery hours are Wednesday - Saturday 12pm - 6pm every week and artwork drop off can happen anytime in those hours. Shipped artworks must be mailed to Gallery Aferro Ironbound Station PO Box 5668 Newark, NJ 07105 USA. *

Artwork Image: We ask that you email an image of your donation to auction@aferro.org. Please make sure the image is high resolution: at least 300 dpi and 5x7 inches or bigger! *
We are making an awesome catalog that your name and artwork will be printed in! Please include your name and "Fundraiser Donation 2018" in the subject field of your email. Please title each image file as "artist's last name_ artist's first name_ title of artwork". Please be very thorough and clear as the catalog is full of images and information and we don't want to mix up titles and artworks. If you cannot email us the image please contact us with any issues at auction@aferro.org Please use email address provided above to email us the image!
