- Entry Fee: $6.00 per exhibitor
- All participants must have a current Fair Membership ($6.00)
- Fees shall be paid the day of the show by cash or cheque (payable to Ameliasburgh Fair Board)
- All exhibitors must be of 4-H age (9 – 21 as of Jan. 1, 2026) except classes 913, 914 and 916.
- Exhibitors under the age of 9 may compete in class 913 and 95 only
- Classes may be consolidated at the discretion of the committee members
- The Livestock Convener would prefer all entries by Sept. 14, 2026, but entries will be accepted on the day of the show. Early entries help make the show run smoothly. Your cooperation is appreciated.
- Show will begin with showmanship classes followed by Confirmation, Jr. then Sr. Showmanship, and then Novelty classes
- Only ribbons and trophies (where applicable) shall be awarded for the championship classes (no prize money)
