The workshop focuses on re-examining one’s relationship with existential freedom, revisiting rules and constraints that have been internalized in the past and no longer serve a meaningful purpose, and through creative exercises and playful acts of disobedience, exploring new ways of being that feel more aligned with the present moment and the ever-evolving self.
About the facilitator:
Kalliopi Ioumpa is a visual artist, neuropsychology researcher, and mental health therapist, currently invited for an art residency at De Koepel. This workshop is offered within the framework of her residency, during which she explores with others the obstacles we set for ourselves that stand in the way of living life in more meaningful ways.
