Easy Tai Chi and Easy Tai Chi Form
"BEGINNER" This is a stationary form of tai chi developed specifically for those with balance issues. It incorporates breathing with gentle no impact movement to promote relaxation, improve circulation and joint mobility, increase breathing capacity, stimulate neural pathways in the brain, strengthen core muscles, and build muscle stamina. The simple repetitive tai chi movements improve leg, arm, and core strength while releasing stress. This class is great for those with Parkinson's or other balance issues and those that have had joint surgery or replacement. The Easy Tai Chi moves can be done sitting in a chair if needed.

Easy Tai Chi Form has all of the characteristics and benefits of Easy Tai Chi. In this class, single moves from Easy Tai Chi are combined into a continuous sequence to add the elements of transition and fluidity to the practice. There are some small steps forward and backward which might be a little more difficult for those with balance issues. Tai Chi Form can be done sitting.
