TRSM Student Engagement Newsletter Content Collection Form 
Do you have information you'd like to send out to TRSM students? Please complete this form to have your content added to the weekly Student Engagement (formerly known as Events and Opportunities) (2nd year and above) and Fit for Business (1st years only) email newsletter sent to Ted Rogers School students. For Conferences and Competitions please also email competitionsconferences@trssociety.ca to have it added to the Ted Rogers Students' Society website. 

Student Engagement email newsletters will be sent weekly on Monday. Kindly note that this newsletter is for 2nd year and up, TRSM students only.
Fit for Business email newsletters will be sent weekly on Tuesday. Kindly note that these newsletters are for first-year TRSM students only.

If you are submitting an application, make sure to add the deadline for students to apply. For example: "Apply by Apr. 23 at 11:59 p.m.".

All Fit for Business and Student Engagement content must be submitted by Thursday at 5 p.m. if you would like your content to be in the following week's communication. Note: The University will be closed from Dec. 19 and reopen on Jan. 5, 2026. Kindly note the below deadlines for email communications.

  • Week of Dec. 15: Final Weekly Newsletter for Fall 2025 - Final date for content submission is Dec. 11, 2025.
  • Week of Jan. 13: First weekly newsletter for Winter 2026 - Final date for content submission is Jan. 8, 2026
