Queer Mindfulness
Thanks for your interest in the Queer Mindfulness virtual meditation hour, held on Zoom by Transentience Coaching every first and third Wednesday from 8:00 - 9:00 PM Eastern. Please fill out of the following form, after which you will be sent the Zoom link in advance of the next meeting.

Mindfulness is a skill constituted by nonjudgmental awareness of our states of mind, body, and environment, as well as the various connections and overlaps among them. Join us as we drop in, ground down, and connect to ourselves and to each other, all while we engage in practices that explore coping strategies for stressors common to queer communities, dive deep into queer embodiment, and queer the notion of mindfulness itself.
