For the love of local craft beer, beautiful fall weather, and all things Orlando, the Orlando Beer Festival is the region’s largest tasting event.

At this annual celebration of craft and community, we bring together the best in beverage culture. Dozens of local, regional, and national brands come together in one place, pouring everything from classic lagers and bold IPAs to creative sours, hard ciders, canned cocktails, and even spirits. This year marks our 11th anniversary, and we’re going big.

And it’s not just about beer.

Orlando Beer Festival is a full experience with live music, DJs, college football on the Jumbotron, interactive games like giant beer pong, and a curated lineup of local artisans, businesses, and food trucks. It’s the ultimate way to spend a Saturday in the heart of Orlando, with your crew, your dog, and a cold one in hand.

Attendees pay one price and sample endlessly. That means no barriers to visiting your booth or brand. Guests arrive ready to explore, connect, and engage, giving you consistent, high-energy exposure to a 21+ audience all day long.

And of course, Orlando Weekly knows how to throw a party. With ten years under our belt, we’ve fine-tuned the mix of great drinks, big energy, and local love that keeps people coming back year after year.

Thank you for your interest! If selected, we ask that you bring your best so you can impress this crowd of food and drink enthusiasts with disposable income! You'll have the opportunity to meet locals face to face, have them sample your products and tell them about your business.

Plan to bring promotional items, swag to decorate your area, anything you can bring to make you memorable! Though the largest of its kind in Central Florida, this is still a boutique event -- small enough where you're not competing with hundreds of vendors. Still, you want to make yourself stand out!

Our goal is to provide an exciting environment, where attendees are easy to approach, relaxed, having a great time, and open to your brand!Your job is to attract, engage, educate and excite them!
Beverage Sampling Partners (if this is not you, please skip to next section): 

You are required to give-away samples to guests at no charge. There will be no selling of beverages by vendors (other than food tucks) for consumption on-premise. 

Important: Please prepare samples for 2,500+ guests, along with everything you will need to serve. 

If you can not provide more than 2000++ samples please do not sign up for this event. Attendees will receive a sampling cup which most beverage companies will find sufficient to sample in. If you are doing upgraded cocktails, you may need cups. 

You will need to provide the following: 
- Beverage samples for 1200+ attendees
- Min. of two (2) servers
- Decorative/promotional items, signage, give-aways and flyers are encouraged to help you promote yourself
- Tent, table, tablecloth* 

Electricity will not be provided for beverage stations.

Food Trucks / Vendors: 

You will need:
- To be self-contained & self-sufficient (bring your own generators, etc if needed)
- Have proper licensing, insurance and equipment
- Arrive on time, and stay for the entire event
- Fire extinguisher

All food truck regulations apply. No open flame / gas cooking outside of food trucks.
Set up will begin on Saturday, November 14h at 7am. All set-up will need to be completed by 10:30 am. Tear-down will follow immediately after event.

(4) FOUR staff wristbands will be given per booth at this event.  Staff wristbands are for workers only and exclude tastings and alcoholic beverages to ensure that we have enough for the paying guests. You must purchase a ticket if you are not working the event and wish to partake in the fun. We will provide you with a discount promo code.

VIP at this event always SELLS OUT, and we have extremely limited opportunities in VIP. If you are interested in elevating your brand into the VIP section and catering to our guests with the most disposable income, please indicate below.
