Trick or Treat the Businesses - Vendor Application

Non-Retail Businesses or Vendors (no storefront):
Reserve a FREE vendor space at the Eatonville Visitors Center (132 Mashell Ave N, Eatonville, WA 98328)!

  • FREE for EBA members

  • $25 for non-members

  • Space provided: 10x10 tent area

  • You must bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and supplies

  • No power available

  • No alcohol may be served

  • Setup should be completed and any vehicles moved out of the event space by 12:45pm.  Vendor parking is not provided, you will need to find street parking or have made other arrangements for off-street parking. 

  • Tear down after 4pm and crowd has cleared.

  • Any food vendors must provide their own health department permit.

  • Vendor contact is responsible for conducting themselves in a professional manner, and are responsible for the behavior of any staff or volunteers present at their booth.

  • Please remove any garbage, debris or personal items from your booth space at the end of the event.
