On behalf of the Urban Ag Working Group at LAFPC, I am conducting a study of city regulations that relate to urban agriculture in Los Angeles. This study grew out of Cultivate L.A., a report by UCLA urban planning students in 2013, but narrows the focus to the city of Los Angeles. As fellow agriculturalists, I'd love to have your input!
Project Goal: To clarify the city’s regulations so that farmers and gardeners know what is possible in LA, and which issues may need additional advocacy.
Survey Goal: To help us learn how the regulations affect local farmers and gardeners.
Who should take this survey: Folks over 18 who are involved in urban agriculture in Los Angeles.
Feel free to answer any or all of the questions below. The survey requires at least five minutes, or longer depending on the depth of your responses. Your answers will remain anonymous unless you provide your email address for future updates. The responses will be used to inform a report that will be available to the public, but the identities of any responses will be protected. Thank you for your participation!
