Current EMDR Intensive Program Offerings :Option 1) The 2-Day Intensive: 2 days of 3-hour Intensive sessions taking place during the same week- The 2-day is appropriate to address one specific traumatic event or a recent traumatic event that currently causes you distress.

3-hour EMDR intensive appointment ($800) x 2 = $1600

1-hour follow up appointment (optional) = $200
Option 2) The 3-Day Intensive: 3 days of 3-hour Intensive sessions taking place over 1-2 weeks
- The 3-day is appropriate to address traumatic events that occurred in adulthood or a specific traumatic event that occurred in childhood that is causing you distress or disturbance in your current functioning

3-hour EMDR intensive appointment ($800) x 3 = $2400

1-hour follow up appointment (optional) = $200
Option 3) The 4-Day Intensive: 4 days of 3-hour Intensive sessions taking place over 2 weeks
- The 4-day is appropriate to address traumatic events from adulthood or childhood that may be more complex or persistent that are causing you distress or disturbance in your current functioning. The 4-day Intensive focuses in on one area or theme to reprocess.
