This online form is a booking request & not an inquiry form. We will need complete information to process your request. You will be emailed an invoice if we are able to complete your booking or receive an email & phone call if we are unable to complete your booking. Your balance will be due before your date of visit.

Performance Logistics:
For the Classroom Programs (not Auditorium), we require a minimum of 2 same day programs to book Outreach.
We will need an 8'x10' space & can use an auditorium, theater, cafeteria, gym, library, or large classroom.
We bring our own sound system.
We request that bookings are made at least 2 months in advance. Requests for a booking with less than 2 months notice will require approval by the Wildlife Theater Coordinator prior to being finalized.
We do not bring live animals with us.

AUDITORIUM SERIES: K - 5th Grades
Duration: 45 minutes
Maximum Audience: 300 students
Price: One performance: $600 Peak Price (visit date Mar-Aug)/$550 Off Peak Price (visit date Sept-Feb)

Note: There is a $50 fee for shows outside the 5 boroughs, weekend shows, or private events.

*NEW* CLASSROOM SERIES: 3K - Pre-K (two show minimum for same day/location)
These all new offerings are designed with the littlest animal lover in mind. These 25 minute programs feature puppets, songs and games, and are designed to support emergent curriculum and inspire imaginary play. Because of the nature of these performances, we limit class size to one classroom per performance.

Maximum Audience: Performances limited to one class at a time per show.
Duration: 25 minutes
Price: $200 per show with a two (2) show minimum booking for same day/location performances ($400 total for 2 shows)

*NEW* Animal Mini-ventures
Children boogie their way through this adventure with puppets, singing and dancing like their favorite animals. Children will explore the life cycle of a butterfly, learn about the hidden shapes in animals, how to identify animals by their sounds and how people and animals aren't really that different after all. In fact, we have a lot in common!

*NEW* Pond Mini-ventures
What are the magic ingredients for living things to survive? Find out with Frankie the Frog and his friends. Children will "dive" into the pond to learn all about how frogs move, the life cycle of a frog, what frogs like to eat, and what all plants and animals need to survive.

*NEW* Animal ABC's
Back to animal basics in this adventure. Children will explore the letters of the alphabet, the hidden shapes in animals, how to identify animals by their sounds and the many colors of Cam the Chameleon with a fun zoo twist!

CLASSROOM SERIES: Pre-K - 1st Grades (two show minimum for same day/location)
Designed for an intimate classroom setting, these interactive, hands-on shows combine literacy development with engaging science content. These shows are a perfect compliment to existing curriculum, but can also be stand-alone pieces. All performances incorporate songs, games, puppets and/or costume characters.

Maximum Audience: Performances limited to one class at a time per program. Pre-K 18 children, Kindergarten 25 children, & 1st Grade 35 children.
Duration: 45 minutes
Price: $275 per show with a two (2) show minimum booking for same day/location performances ($550 total for 2 shows)

Animal Adventures Medley
Learn basic concepts such as shapes, sounds and locomotion with a zoo twist! Join our puppets and performers as they explore the wonderful world of animals!

Petunia Penguin Goes to School
Our costumed character, Petunia Penguin, and polar explorer Admiral Bird transform your students into a team of Antarctic scientists.

Youcan the Toucan Sense of the Rainforest
Using their five senses, students experience a unique introduction to the rainforest that features creative drama, storytelling, and puppets.

Frankie the Frog's Pond Adventure
Learn what all living things need to survive in this interactive puppet show. Frankie the Frog and friends show the students what life in a pond is really like.

THEATER AT THE ZOO: 3K - 5th Grades
Come see us at the Central Park Zoo. Wildlife Theater is offering private performances that include a Wildlife Theater performance, an animal encounter, and a visit to an exhibit. Children will have the unique opportunity to touch a live animal related to your selected topic.

All Auditorium and Classroom programs can be booked as Theater at the Zoo! Note the different maximum audience below.

Duration: *NEW* 3K - Pre-K: 25 minutes/Pre-K - 5th Grades: 45 minutes
Maximum Audience: 35 students with 7 chaperones
Price: $250 per 45 minute performance & $200 per 25 minute performance (includes Zoo general admission)
