Sponsored by the NWA Hispanic Leadership Council, this program matches talented and committed undergraduate LatinX students from NWACC, the University of Arkansas, and John Brown University with local nonprofit organizations, businesses, public sector initiatives, and investor networks for a semester-long summer internship (160 hours). The goals of the internship are to provide training, mentoring, and support to raising LatinX students to succeed in professional environments and to become active members in their community. The program will provide interns a $3,400 stipend funded by a Walton Family Foundation Grant.
