The III International Oenogastronomy Congress Amar o Minho brings together a diverse line-up of speakers, made up of internationally and nationally renowned experts. They will present innovative approaches, emerging trends and prospects for the future of Minho's oenogastronomy.
The Congress will be a platform for sharing ideas, insights and innovative practices in the field of enogastronomy.
