Can you please send us a copy of your mortgage deed and scanned copies of your passport(s) and NIE(s). If you don’t have a copy of your mortgage deed can you send us copies of any repayment receipts you may have and any other documentation relating to the mortgage.

We will check your deed and/or other documents. If we have sufficient information, we will calculate the approximate value of your claim. We will then ask you to agree our terms and sign an agreement with us.
Our Terms
We will present the claim on a no win, no fee basis. The Spanish government has asked the banks to set up a compensation scheme. Under the scheme the banks must pay the claim within three months. If the bank pays within this period, we will charge 10% (plus IVA/VAT) of the amount we recover for you. If the banks do not pay within the period or deny your claim, we can discuss the possible costs of issuing court proceedings against the bank.
