Meadowbank Pony Party Enquiry
Meadowbank Pony Club is delighted to be able to offer up to 2 hour birthday parties with half an hour worth of pony rides (the children are led around one of our arenas) and full use of our clubhouse facilities where applicable.  We also offer an extra option of Feeding and Light Grooming for 15 mins.

Pony parties are suitable for a maximum of 12 children, aged between 4-11 years old. They are run from October through to June, due to better weather conditions.

Fees vary based on which party option you choose.
A $25 non refundable fee is charged to secure your booking.
A $50 bond is required to confirm the booking of the clubhouse and is refunded when the Clubhouse is left in a clean and tidy state after the party.

We have SIX options for parties to choose from.
 
Pony Rides Only:
OPTION 1 AND OPTION 2 gives you Pony rides only.
No access to club rooms (nowhere for cake/food).
 
Option 1
30 minutes of Pony rides in the arena.
2 ponies (suitable for up to 8 children)

Option 2
1 hour booking
30 minutes of Pony rides in the arena.
20 minutes of feeding treats and light grooming
2 ponies (suitable for up to 8 children)
$250
 
Party Room and Rides:
OPTIONS 3, 4, 5 & 6 gives you full access to our club rooms, You may decorate, put out food, etc. in the clubroom or on the deck (you supply your own food & decorations - NO BALLOONS are allowed) Time for your party food/cake etc. and time to clean up after.
There is one large table with bench seating inside, and 2 tables/benches out on the covered deck. Kitchen, Fridge, and oven available for use if required.

$350. (Incl. $50 refundable deposit)

30 minutes of Pony rides in the arena.

3 Ponies (suitable for a maximum of 12 children)

15 minis Feeding & Light Grooming

You may arrive 20 mins before your booked time so as to set up/decorate. (Please NO balloons!)
 
PLEASE NOTE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN FOR EACH OPTION.

Booking Fee: $25 non-refunable fee to secure your Pony Party.

Deposit for Clubrooms - $50
For Option 3,4,5 & 6 the $50 deposit is refundable if the clubrooms are left clean and tidy after the party.
In the event of severe weather and pony rides cannot safely be offered, a postponement will be available.
