OUR FUN FAIR IS MAY 22ND 3:30 - 7:30PM
As you know PAC puts a lot of time and effort into creating a fun, entertaining, and exciting Fun Fair. This takes a lot of time to put this all together and we can not do it without the help of VOLUNTEERS! Without volunteers to take on organizing the main critical roles we would not be able put this all together. This truly does take a dedicated and strong team.
We are looking for people to take on the following coordinator positions:
BBQ/Concession
Dessert Dance
Face Painting
Games
Group Coordinator
Jar Game
Prizes/Wristbands
Signs/Advertising
Toddler Zone
Volunteers
Will Call
As you go through this form you will see each coordinator position and a list of the responsibilities you would be responsible for. You will not be able to advance to the position without answering if you would like to take the position or not.
If you are interested in taking on one of these critical roles you will then be added to our Fun Fair Planning Facebook group.
Volunteer sign up for smaller station roles will come out later in April.
