Thank you for all you have done to support your Induction Teacher(s) through the 2019-20 school year! It is now time to review the work of a teacher whom you do not mentor, which presents a great opportunity to learn more about the work happening in your colleagues classrooms around the district. Please read this email in its entirety and submit your scores by Monday, May 25, 2020.

Each mentor has been assigned 1-2 submissions to review. We have made concerted efforts to pair you with someone who:
1) You do NOT mentor
2) Does NOT work at your school site
3) DOES work in a similar grade span/content area

REMINDER: Detailed instructions and scored ILP samples were included in the email sent by newteachersupport@ousd.org with your ILP assignments.
