Safety Term and Customer Declaration

In any adventure activity, there is an element of risk involved. Risks in undertaking this activity include eg. physically and mentally intense, property damage, personal injury, potential for permanent disability and death; and while particular protective equipment and personal discipline will minimize this risk.

The staff and management of ARENA149 take all practicable steps to identify and minimise potential dangers. However, you must follow our instructions and use the safety equipment provided at all times. Adults accompanying any person under the age of 18 must ensure that the underage person follows our instructions at all times. You must release or indemnify Arena 149 and our staff against any liability we incur to anyone else, resulting from your failure to follow our instructions or the failure of any person accompanying you under the age of 18 to follow our instructions.

We reserve the right to withdraw any person who in our opinion is likely to endanger themselves or others. We also reserve the right to cancel the event sponsored or hosted by if we become concerned for any reason for your safety or that of any other person.

EXCLUSIONS: To the extent permitted by law, all our liability for damage to your property, disruption to travel plans, or mental injury is excluded. This exclusion is subject to any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Please list on this form any medical conditions or other information we need to know to include you safely in this activity. For example: asthma, allergies, heart conditions, epilepsy or pregnancy. You are entitled to access any information we hold about you or to request its correction at any time.

I will attend and make all effort to understand the safety briefing given and will follow the instructions of the Direction Supervisor (DS) and abide by their decisions.

I hereby grant permission to Arena 149 and Airsoft Gun Centre to use my photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes.

Willful Damage:

All private games require a $100 deposit which will be kept for insurance until the end of the session.

Any willful damage that occurs within the arena will occur an automatic $100 fine, or the cost to fix/replace the damage. Willful damage includes intentionally shooting at any props or furniture within the arena, as well as objects such as lights, fans, security cameras and the roof.

Equipment Usage Agreement:

Please read and abide by the rules as set out below:

DO NOT fire anything from the rentals other than the ammo that is provided by Arena 149.
DO NOT pickup ammo that is on the ground as they will damage the rentals.
DO NOT try to modify or fix the rental equipment in any way.

I agree that all the equipment that was hired will be returned at the end of the session.

If any of the equipment should be damaged, misused or lost by me, an instant discretionary charge of $100.00 will be made by Arena 149 to you to cover any costs incurred in fixing or replacing the equipment.
