About
Mayor Sylvester Turner is proud to open applications to U.S. Mayors’ and City Managers’ Offices for the inaugural Human Trafficking Response Ten/Ten Muni-Fellowship. The City of Houston developed and executed a two-phase anti-trafficking municipal response beginning in 2015.

Accepted attendees will learn how to develop their own municipal response, engage procurement to mitigate risk, leverage data to assess impact, craft communication strategies, execute a systems approach to services, implement a disaster response to trafficking, engage the corporate and consular communities, and more.

The Houston Mayor’s Office will cover airfare and hotel for successful applicants. Attendees must cover food and ground transportation.
