October 9, 2025 North Salem High School will offer the ASVAB exam to 11th and 12th grade pre registered students. The ASVAB is FREE. The ASVAB is a series of tests that produce academic scores for verbal, math, and academic ability, and measures aptitudes related to success in different jobs. Aptitude is the readiness to become proficient in a type of activity, given the opportunity. When the ASVAB scores are returned to the school, students will receive a workbook and instruction that will enable them to understand and use their personal information for career explorations.
