Let us know how many spots you'd like to reserve for your team and whether your team will serve through home repair ministry, day camp ministry or both! We'd also like to know more about the kind of skills and experiences your team brings to ARM. These details help us select and plan your home repair projects and can assist in day camp preparation as well. How many adults/college students will be on your team?
Your team will need at least TWO adults (age 19 and above) per 7 students in order to comply with the Safe Sanctuary Policy of the United Methodist Church. There are workarounds in some cases so please contact us if having 2 adults per 7 students will be a concern for your team. Please see our Team Size Adjustment Policy (www.arm-al.org/summerteampolicies) for more details on how your team size can change prior to your service.

How do you plan to serve?
We recommend that all teams serve through home repair and children's ministry but you have the option of choosing only one ministry.
If your team is serving with our home repair ministry, will you be able to provide any of your own tools?
ARM recommends that each team bring 1 circular saw and 2 drills. Each home repair crew (made up of about 7 people from your team) is asked to bring a toolbox packed with wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, mammers (at least 3), socket set, tape measures, pencils, and work gloves (one pair per person). It's ok if your team is not able to provide these tools.

Your team will be divided into home repair crews made up of about 7 people from your team. One of the adults on this crew needs enough construction knowledge or past experience to be comfortable leading your students in home repair.
