2026 DCON Dietary Restrictions
This form is for REGISTERED convention attendees who have dietary restrictions.  This is for the lunch on Saturday and Saturday night dinner.  Breakfast is the hotel breakfast buffet, so you can avoid any foods that are restricted from your diet. 

A ticket will be given to the advisors for these students at convention registration, and the student must present the ticket to hotel staff at each meal to receive their meal.
