I the undersigned, duly empower and authorise Rabbi Yoni Golker to act in my place and stead and, on my behalf, to sell any chometz possessed by me (knowingly and unknowingly) including any food in respect of which there is a doubt or possibility that it might contain chometz, and all kinds of Chometz mixtures, and to lease all places wherein the Chometz owned by me is stored and found, especially in the premises specified below, or elsewhere.
Rabbi Golker has full authority to sell all Chometz and lease all the places wherein the Chometz owned by me is found, by any transaction in any manner which he deems fit and proper, and for such time as he believes necessary, in accordance with the detailed terms and conditions set out in the agreed contract of Sale which he will draw up. His authorisation is made as part of that Contract.
I also give Rabbi Golker power and authority to appoint any proxy he deems fit in his place, with full power to sell or lease as provided herein. The above given powers are to be exercised in conformity with all Torah and Rabbinical regulations and laws, and also in accordance with the laws of the country.
