ORD 2021-101 Elimination of Parking Minimums 
The Department of Planning and Development Review (PDR) prepared ordinance (ORD. 2023-101) to eliminate parking minimums. That ordinance was introduced at the City Council meeting on March 27, 2023. Planning Commission heard and passed the legislation this past Monday, April 17. It is headed to City Council this coming Monday, April 24 at 6pm.

You may also submit written comments. Interested citizens who wish to write comment they must do so prior to 10:00 a.m., on the meeting date. You can also sign to speak virtually or in person by calling the Office of the City Clerk at (804) 646-7955 and selecting option 3, or sending comments to CityClerksOffice@rva.gov. All written comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to all members of the Council prior to the beginning of the meeting and will be included in the record of the meeting. All Richmond City Council meetings are live-streamed and archived on Legistar.
