Saturday Innovation Camp Student Registration
MVUSD Parents and Guardians, please use this form to register your student for a Saturday Innovation Camp.  There must be a separate registration for each Saturday Innovation Camp. Times for Saturday Innovation Camps are from 8:30 am to 12:45 pm and lunch will take place within this time, therefore, all students should get picked up by 12:45 pm. To receive attendance credit students must attend for 4 hours.

Starting the 25-26 school year elementary sites will be alternating months All students must attend their home school during Saturday Innovation Camp. This year we will have DISTRICT EVENTS that your child can attend but must be accompanied by their parent or guardian and must check in to the Saturday Innovation Camp booth once every hour for four (4) hours to recover a day of attendance. A registration form will need to be filled out for each date for each student.

Check yes only if your student has a 1 to 1 aide specifically assigned to them. We highly encourage early registration to ensure appropriate staffing.
