Please fill out the following application to be considered for a street team position.
By filling out this application you agree to the terms that a ticket will be rewarded upon completion of all grassroots street team tasks and will be available at will call under the name provided.
By filling out this form you acknowledge your responsibilities as a street team member to complete tasks and provide visual proof (screenshots/photos) when required. By completing tasks and reporting efficiently you will earn a weekend GA wristband and camping. Upon acceptance of the team you will receive official rules and standards for reporting.
