IT IS NOW A REQUIREMENT FOR ALL TEAMS TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 7 PLAYERS REGISTERED [NAME, EMAIL AND MOBILE NUMBER, WITH DOB ON REQUEST]        Players must register on the website at, and agree to the GDPR guidelines as listed at the bottom of this application.     The league MUST also have at least the full details of two team captains for a team to participate.   [Full player data MUST be provided by your second game, and can be updated and amended during the season]   GDPR statement is available at the bottom of this registration, and on request.
Each team in the league MUST attend every game with a minimum of i) Matching shirts/jerseys  ii) At least one match fit ball  iii) Captains Armband iv) The required amount of 'registered players' [As per the league rules.]   The captain MUST advise the players that the league does NOT provide player insurance.   The captain MUST advise the players that all injuries must be reported to the monitor on the night, AND, at the venue reception.   We would also request each captain to ask players to carry another colour shirt with them at all times to prevent games with teams with the same colours.

There is a €100 annual membership fee per team due at the start of every year. This is due on the 1st January, but will be wavered for ALL teams that keep their payments and team data up to date.   PLEASE keep your account up to date to avoid this charge.

Once you submit this form you will be brought to a link to our SHOP Registration Page where you can pick vouchers to the amount to the be paid and pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal.  If you fail to do this, your slot will not be secured, although you will still be invoiced for the registration.

The league will cover the merchant costs for the transactions, except for Paypal costs which will be deducted from fees.

Registration Terms
1) Existing teams have until 9th May 2019 to secure or change their slot.
2) Existing teams must have deposit of €150 paid by 10th May 2019 to hold their slot.
3) 7 days before the season starts, any remaining or unsecured slots and times will be open to:
    i)  Existing teams looking for a transfer.
   ii)  NEW APPLICATIONS that have preregistered  
   iii) New teams that have not preregistered.
4) Deposit or Full payment must be received by dates set out in the season's rules.
5) Existing teams that miss the registration dates, will be moved to any other slot available.
6) Where a new team applies for an existing league, and no slot becomes available, they will be placed in a league as close as possible that has available slots. They will not be obligated to take the slot, but will have 48 hours to confirm it.
7) A team is not considered registered until it has its full team registered on the system, as per the league rules.
8) It is the duty of each team captain to ensure that their players register on our platform at   Although we can do this on request, it is under the assumption that the captains have the expressed permission of the players for us to do so.

The system is automated, and payments are being collected by a third party, so we cant prioritise any teams, existing or new.

League fees carry a VAT charge, which is included.

The league holds the right to reject any existing or new team application to the leagues without having to give reason or enter communication.
Registration to our leagues is a binding contract with a €150 non-refundable deposit, whether it is paid for or not at the time.

The league carries NO injury insurance, and it is advised that all your players take out their own insurance. We comply with the requirements to have public liability insurance.   Should you wish to get a quote for your players, or team, please contact us at and we will put you in touch with our broker.

Teams for the Champions League event MUST be current playing members of the league at the time of the competition, must have played in at least 2 of the previous seasons, and be with the same players.

In General ours rules are as follows:
Players personal data will be used for the following purposes:
- To contact players with relation to league related cancelations, changes, news and events.   [This will be no more than 6 times a year]
- As a register of players for insurance purposes.
- To ensure that we can track players for disciplinary and league rule purposes.
- As a requirement for the Minifootball Association for affiliated leagues.
- To ensure that players are all 18 years and older.
[It should be noted that the 2 team captains will get ALL league notices and bulletins, which we will keep to a minimum, but will be generally issued on a weekly basis.]

Our legal basis for the collection of the data is for the management and fair delivery of our leagues, tournaments and events.

We will NOT issue any player, or captain data to ANY third parties without their full written consent.
