2026 Conservation Expo Registration!
Laramie Rivers Conservation District is proud to host their bi-annual Conservation Expo!

This event is 100% free and focused on natural resource education within Albany County and beyond.  

Exhibitors, partners, agencies and neighbors from all walks of conservation come together for a full day of community and education!

REGISTRATION IS FREE!

Time & Location: Saturday, May 9th, 2026 at the Laramie Ice & Event Center

--> Exhibitor set-up begins at 9am.
--> Expo will be open to the public from 10am-2pm.

Booth displays will include one standard 8ft x 30in folding table with two folding chairs.

Exhibitor spaces will be roughly 10 feet wide.

This event is intended to be fun and engaging with our community members!

There is an *optional* booth engagement contest for all exhibitors.  No other information is required to participate. (Please see original email attachment for details.)

Feel free to construct/bring a backdrop if you wish.

Please note: NO vendor sales are allowed at the Expo.  

The Conservation Expo is for educational purposes only.  

Exhibitors may hand out business advertisements, literature and free promotional products to community members, but they cannot sell products or commodities.  

Food & drink will be available from the Ice & Event Center concession stand, but no other monies should be exchanged at this event.
