NEW digital streaming broadcast sponsorship add-on

This year sponsors are able to place a logo, voiceover ad, and full-video ad on the digital stream broadcast of our games throughout the year. Last year our games received over 250,000 views. The cost to participate on the streaming platform is $500 for the season. (View the 2026 Sponsorship Prospectus for additional information)

  • If "Please come pick up a check from me" is selected:
    After submitting this form, please write a check to "Lehi High School Football." We will contact you via your preferred contact method to arrange a time to pick up the check.

  • If "Send me an invoice" is selected:
    After submitting this form, we will send you an invoice in the coming days to the email address on file. You can pay via check or credit card once you receive the invoice.  Please note that due to credit card processing fees, a 3% fee will be added to your sponsorship amount if paying via credit card.  

  • If "Venmo @LehiGridiron" is selected:
    After submitting this form, complete your sponsorship payment by visiting https://venmo.com/LehiGridiron. In the notes field, please put "Lehi football sponsorship".

  • If "Pay by credit card" is selected:
    After submitting this form, Lehi Gridiron Club will email you an invoice that you can pay from. Please note that due to credit card processing fees, a 3% fee will be added to your sponsorship amount.
