All TEDxEarlhamCollege Club members are required to complete this form whenever they are going to be absent from a meeting.

Important Information:
-Members are required to attend at least 2/3 meetings each semester.
-The Leadership Team will send all members an email with the points discussed and pending tasks, but it's up to you to take action!
