  1. You agree and understand that the same or similar suggestions may be offered by more than one person or entity. The Toy Association is not in a position, nor will we endeavor, to determine the rightful owner of any patent rights involved in the suggestion. Those discussions will remain between the applicant and the company to which the idea is presented.
  2. You agree and affirm the following:
    • You are at least 18 years old and are fully authorized to agree, acknowledge, and affirm as stated in this document.
    • The information you are submitting to us is true and correct.
    • By providing the submission to Creative Factor, you are not violating any agreement or understanding that you have with any other party, entity, or individual, including your current and former employer.
    • You are aware that under the law of the United States and most foreign countries, you may be able to protect your idea through application for patents, trademarks, or copyrights, or maintain your idea or submission as a trade secret by protecting it from non-confidential disclosure.
All selected applicants will be notified no later than Monday, December 8, 2025.

All submissions must include a video of no more than 90 seconds that showcases and explains the product and play function.

If selected, attendance is mandatory for the in-person pitch sessions during Creative Factor Inventor Day at Toy Fair on Tuesday, February 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Eastern). The registration fee, and expenses related to traveling to attend Toy Fair, are your responsibility.
