Meal Registration Form
Courtesy of the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), the School District of Waupaca is offering meals at no cost to all of our students, as well as to any individuals 18 years old and younger who are not students, but live in our school district boundaries.
In addition to providing meals to students at school, soon we will also be offering meals to students for the days they are not at school, yet still learning remotely.
These meals are “mainly shelf stable” breakfast and lunch meal kits. Parents only need to register their children one time for this service. Meals will not be provided for days school is not in session, or cancelled due to weather.
***Parents need to fill out this form once per child in the district on or before Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
