The US Church of 2050 will be shaped by churches that don’t yet exist in 2026.
Purpose: A community where those at the leading edge of the Church can cultivate the courage necessary to lead well in an increasingly multi-racial and multi context. The fellowship will be a space of belonging where participants can strengthen, encourage, and support one another to steward Jesus followers and churches that can identify, hold, and navigate tension together in healthy ways, and are pursuing multiracial healing and justice in their communities.
Audience: Those deeply committed to church multiplication, including those who are about to start new churches or are new church planters. Christian leaders who love the church and don’t need to be convinced about race as a discipleship issue, they are stagnant but stirred to heal the racial divide. They have been harmed by or are aware of the pain of the racial division and injustice and are searching for their part to create a bigger wave of change.
Outcomes:
- Participants are part of a shared learning community that encourages, challenges, and equips them for leading in multiracial and multiethnic contexts
- Participants are able to lead their churches or organizations well on race and ethnicity as a vital part of discipleship
- Participants grow their imagination for congregations that embody Revelation 7:9a: “After this I looked, and there was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.”
- Participants have actionable plans to implement in their leadership context
- Participants have a champion or champions enrolled to launch and/or lead ongoing work for multiracial healing, solidarity, and justice
- Participants have clear avenues for ongoing connection with Troy, Chuck and Elizabeth from UNDIVIDED to support their leadership
- Participants have the opportunity to be matched with a coach for ongoing support after the cohort
Program Dates: Participants are required to be able to attend all sessions making this a priority and protecting the time to be fully engaged.

- September 20 - 23: Montgomery, Alabama in person - NEW DATES**
- October 9: Two Hour Virtual Cohort Meeting, 1-3pm (EDT)
- October 22: Two Hour Virtual Cohort Meeting, 1-3pm (EDT)
- November 12: Two Hour Final Cohort Meeting, 1-3pm (EDT)
Cost: $1500 which includes food, lodging, and all costs once on the ground for Montgomery, Alabama immersion (DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION TO MONTGOMERY).

- Fill out this Application by June 30, 2026
- Cohort acceptance and $500 registration fee collected by July 15, 2026 (this will go toward the total cost of the program).
- Final balance due August 10, 2026
