Stark’s Steak & Seafood
Stark’s offers banquet availability every day of service—Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday & Sunday evenings from 4 PM to 9 PM. Please note: we are not open for lunch service on weekends.
Choose from three unique private dining spaces:
- The Wine Cellar – up to 14 guests (13 with AV setup)
- The West End Room – up to 40 guests
- The Main Dining Room – up to 80 guests for lunch events (Monday–Friday lunch only)
Set in a classic and timeless atmosphere, each space is ideal for business gatherings, celebrations, and everything in between.
Bird & The Bottle
Large party bookings are welcome:
- Sunday–Thursday: all day availability
- Friday & Saturday: daytime events only (11:30am-1:00pm seating)
Bird offers three versatile spaces with a playful, eclectic charm:
- The Canary Room – up to 12 guests
- The Perch (upstairs balcony) – up to 24 guests
- The Nest – up to 32 guests
