Hi there,

Thank you for your interest in Crate Escape!

At Crate Escape, we know that every dog is different—and that’s why we offer a variety of enrichment based daycare programs designed to meet a wide range of needs and personalities. Our Temperament Trial is a half-day introduction that allows us to get to know your dog and help determine the best fit within our Crate Escape family.

During the trial, your pup will be gently exposed to a variety of experiences, including time in a crate and outside, small and large group play, one-on-one interactions with other dogs, and different enrichment activities throughout the facility. We’ll also introduce them to a few of our team members to see how they respond to new people and environments.

Throughout the process, our experienced staff closely observes your dog’s comfort level, behavior, and play style. At pickup, we’ll share our assessment and recommend the program that we believe will provide your dog with the safest, happiest, and most enriching experience.

Drop-off time is between 7:30am-8:30am. Pick-up time is between 1pm-2pm.

This trial is as much about your dog as it is about you—we welcome your input, questions, and goals so we can build a relationship based on trust and care from the very start.

If you would like to move forward in scheduling a temperament evaluation for your pup, please follow the following steps:

1. Email us their updated Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccine records. If your dog is under 6 months of age, we will need a clean fecal test result within 2 weeks of the trial.

2. Please make sure you have filled out our trial questionnaire.

3. Register for our Gingr Pet Software. The password to register is 30Brighton02478.

4. Email us to book a Temperament Trial day!

5. Please note that per Ollie's law, your dog will need to have an up-to-date rabies tag, as well as their town license on their collar/harness when in our facility.
