Within the best of our ability, we will attempt to procure flights as close to your requested time as possible. Please note that per the University of Michigan rules, we can only pay for or reimburse for coach/economy class flights.  If you choose to upgrade once the flight is booked, you may arrange for the upgrade at your own expense. In addition, we must comply with the Fly America Act, and can only book or reimburse flights that are booked using a US based carrier.
