Class of 2025 Senior Representative Application

Being a spokesmodel for Shelby Mullins Photography means you have the opportunity to
represent the face of Shelby Mullins Seniors! Spokesmodels receive countless perks
including:
- three complimentary mini sessions (one for fall, one for spring, & one for cap and gown photos)
- digital images to share online with friends
- complimentary professional headshots (taken at the time of the senior brunch)
- your own personalized, two hour senior session

- option to add on an additional two hour senior session at a discounted rate

- option to add on a family session, friends session, or studio headshot session at a discounted rate

- group activities and more!

I am so excited to kickstart a new year of my senior spokesmodel program and cannot wait to work with an
amazing group of seniors! Before applying, please read the following.

There are three main payment options for the base package of the senior rep program.

1. Parents can pay $715 initially, due by 5/1/2024 (but payable at any time prior).

2. Parents can pay a $300 deposit by 5/1/24 and make the final payment of $415 by 7/15/23).

3. Parents can pay a $215 deposit by 5/1/24 and pay the remaining fees (total of $500) in installments of $100 due by 7/31/24, 9/30/24, 11/30/24, 1/31/25, & 3/31/25

Different payment options can be negotiated to fit your needs! However, to participate in events, a deposit amount of at least $215 will be due by 5/1/24. Failure to make remaining payments on scheduled dates will result in removal from the senior rep team.

If I can not reach a parent to approve of their daughter joining the team, I will move on to another applicant. I will contact them by email so make sure your parent is aware.

The contract will lay out all of the requirements for a senior representative, but some of the most important highlights are as follows:
- Attend a meet and greet event on Sunday, July 20th 2024
- Use Shelby Mullins Photography as their sole photographer during their senior year
- Post on social media frequently about Shelby Mullins Photography (post photos from every session once they are delivered)
- Book your senior portrait experience with Shelby Mullins Photography for a total of $715 (this is the only payment or fee ever associated with the spokesmodel program, unless you choose to include add-ons).
- Photos received from shoots with Shelby Mullins Photography will NOT be allowed to be edited in any way, shape, or fashion.
- Seniors will be responsible for coordinating schedules to make it to group sessions. Group sessions will NOT be made up when seniors miss them.
- Notify parents of their application (your parent will be contacted first if you are chosen as a Spokesmodel, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying!)

Spokesmodels will be chosen and announced by May 12, 2024. Parents will be the first to be notified.

ADD ON OPTIONS:

If you are chosen for the senior rep team, you will have the opportunity to add on the following options at hugely discounted rates. These add-ons can only be applied at the time of application. Meaning, if you would like to add these options on at discounted rates, this needs to be specified on the application. If it is not specified on the application & written into your initial payment plan, these discounts will no longer apply (and if you choose to add something on in the future, it will be charged at normal rates).

OPTIONS:

1) Receive everything listed above with the senior rep program PLUS two personalized senior sessions. This way, you get photos in the fall and the spring. If you choose to add it on now, the total for the rep program, plus the additional session will be $1,125. Two hour senior sessions are typically added on at a cost of $575; So this will save you over 500 dollars. Adding it on now will also provide you the opportunity to utilize a payment plan & receive priority for booking your date.

2) Add on a 30 minute family session for 200 dollars (normally 295)

3) Add on a 30 minute best friends session for 200 dollars (normally 295)

4) Add on a studio headshot session for 275 dollars (normally 360)

Payment plans can be negotiated to accommodate for any add-ons. The earlier the application is submitted, the earlier the payment plan can begin.
