About our services, we guarantee that 110% of the efforts will be made to meet each appointment. With that said, we plan to make each appointment in the best maner (There it may be unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as acts of nature and so forth, nonetheless) and in those cases we ask for comprehension from both sides. We understand that "life" happens, so we ask that you make the effort to notify us in a timely manner about any changes in your programming.

1.-The payment of your service has to be online, through PayPal (PayPal account is not required). Once we have confirmed the appointment (we schedule appointments in the morning or in the afternoon. Our first appointment of the day is at 9:00 am and our last appointment, around 4pm), you will receive an invoice by email that you can pay online through Paypal. Or Directly to the account of our company. (We do not accept Checks or Cash for company financial security policies).

2.-The invoice must be paid at the time of its issuance.

3.- You do not need to be at home when we clean but if you decide to be at home on the day of service it is fine for us. If you are not going to be at home, it is important to provide us with any type of code or key (or keys) which grants us access to your home.

4.- While we can not give you the exact time of arrival, we will give you an estimated time, which will depend on certain factors such as traffic or distance to your residence.

5.- Hours (by hours cleaning) are for one cleaner, if more cleaners are sent then the time will be divided by the number of cleaners. For example, a four hour cleaning made by two cleaners would be done in two hours. They could be from 2 to 4 cleaners depending on availability.

6.- We remind you that our team will try to cover all the requested areas in the best way possible within the contracted time.

7.- We inform you that we could find stains that are difficult to remove (scales, stains from the tub, bathroom doors, etc) and that due to time may not be 100% removed, we could spend more time removing it, but this would shorten the service time for other areas that you would have requested. We are not responsible if you decide to spend more time on this type of contingency instead other areas that woul be of your priority.

8.- Cancellations must be made before the grace period of 24 hours before your appointment. In other words, an appointment for Tuesday at noon should be canceled before Monday at noon (the day before). Cancellations after the 24-hour grace period will be considered cancellations on the same day and the charges will be applied as follows: a fee equivalent to 30% of your bill will be applied when making the refund of the invoice paid. If under any circumstances (it does not refer to any delay or cancellation from XcleanPro) we can not access your home, due to such breach in the contract in relation to the terms mentioned above, a fee equivalent to 30% surcharge applies in your next rescheduled appointment or a fee of 30% will be deducted from your bill when making the refund of the invoice paid if definitive cancellation of the service. (Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be performed 24 hrs before the service)

9.-All pets must be locked in a safe place, in a kennel, or in the yard. Our employees are not responsible for doing it for you. We appreciate your understanding.

10.- The previously agreed terms with respect to pets and the release of codes must be complied.

11.- XcleanPro is a company of equality opportunities. With this said, XcleanPro reservs the right to refuse service if it is considered as a threat to life, if it is incongruent with the legal and/or ethical behavior or if it afects personal liberties, also if that do not comply with local, state and federal laws or if it makes any employee of XcleanPro feel insecure or insecure.

12.- We are committed to providing all our employees with a work environment free of harassment, including, among others, verbal, physical or sexual harassment. Both parties, XcleanPro and the customer, must agree and comply with these rules as a prerequisite for the services to be provided. Any harassment (such as the ones mentioned above) will cause the immediate termination of the contract at the discretion of Xcleanpro and could result in possible legal action against the aggressor.

13.- The agreed rates may vary in case the client can not meet the agreed frequency of the service. (only the promotions keep their prices)

14.- We are fully bounded and insured. Our main priority is to protect your home from any incident that may occur.

15.- Our services are guaranteed. However, if you are not satisfied with the service we offer you have a cleaning guarantee for dissatisfaction which is valid for 24 hours once the service is finished. That is, if you are dissatisfied with the service, we will perform the cleaning within the following 24 hours.
