Please provide this important information that will assist St. Mary's County Public Schools in planning for online and in-person instruction this fall. Please note that when students return to in-school instruction, they will be required to wear masks while in school and on the bus.

YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM SEPARATELY FOR EACH CHILD.

Returning to School

If you choose to have your student return to school please keep in mind the following:
For this marking period, the student will return to school on the designated dates for hybrid in-person instruction two days per week with online learning the other three days.

Please note: for SAIL, and COMPASS students, they will return four days each week, M-Th, with online learning on Fridays.

Continuing Online Learning

If you choose to have your student continue online learning please keep in mind the following:
For this marking period, the student will continue to learn at home through online instruction all five days of the week. Fridays will be dedicated to office hours and provide time for students to interact with teachers in realtime to review work completed asynchronously the previous four days.
