Grab A Game Host Application
Grab A Game provides single-game sports for adults in Chicago and the Chicagoland Area. Events range from 1 hour to 2 hours, and include pickup games, tournaments, and workout classes inspired by practices for our favorite sports. (Volleyball, Soccer, and Basketball being the top 3). Adults find these events to work great with their busy life and work schedules and love the flexibility of being able to play when it works best for them. Our trained Grab A Game hosts are extremely important to maintain a consistent high-quality experience at each of our games. We have a lot of loyal customers and look forward to continuing to expand our program to meet the market demand for more games.

Hosts can expect to work anywhere from 1 event a week up to 7 (sometimes more than 1 event per day). You can indicate your availability in the application (it's ok if it changes from season to season). Most events are 6:30 or later on weeknights and range from morning to night on weekends. Grab A Game Hosts and Coaches usually join our team for the love of the game and also because they get to play for free in Grab A Game events and up to 1 Chicago Sport and Social Club League per season. This is an hourly paid contractor position.

After the application process, If you seem like a good fit for our team and needs, you will be contacted by email to set up a phone interview. If all goes well on that call, you will be trained on site at one or more of our events with an experienced Grab A Game host. Admin training can be completed in person at our office in Chicago or can be done over the phone. You can become a Grab A Game host in as little as 1-2 weeks!

If you're friendly, reliable, a good leader, and enjoy coming together with other people for the love of the game, we look forward to receiving your application.

If you have questions before or after applying, please email lynn@chicagosocial.com.
