I understand that deposits are made via Zelle, Venmo or by cash in person and that the $250 reservation deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The balance will be due upon pickup of my kitten and must be paid for in full before the kitten can go home. I will read and agree to the Terms and Conditions* here, as well as the Introductory Document and Contract the Snyders' will send me to read before making a deposit.

Terms and Conditions

1. I understand that making the non refundable $250 deposit reservation for a kitten insinuates that the Snyders' will take the kitten off the market and will no longer be available to other adoptive families.

2. I understand that reservation fees are non refundable but may be transferred to another kitten/litter. Reservation fees are included in the overall price of the kitten I choose.

3. I understand that all kittens will remain available unless and until a $250 non-refundable fee is placed to reserve the kitten I'm hoping to adopt. Verbal promises of any type will not reserve a kitten.

4. I understand that all reservation fees are non refundable unless the Snyders refuse to sell me the kitten, which they are at liberty to do at any point in the process. At that time, the deposit will be returned. The Snyders understand that life changes can occur, and may allow me to transfer the deposit to another litter in cases of emergency. They will assess this on a situational basis.

5. I am agreeing that I am purchasing a young kitten who will grow and change into adulthood. I understand that there is no way the Snyders can guarantee the kitten's adult size, weight or changes in coloring over time.

6. I understand that this kitten must be spayed/neutered unless i have been approved for and had made an additional payment for a Breeding Rights Agreement, and that this kitten cannot be declawed.

7. I understand that the available kittens will typically be homed between 12-14 weeks of age.
