MISolidarity is a coalition partner in the Michigan Solidarity Coalition, promoting the Michigan Solidarity Coalition Slate. List will be up shortly.

Anyone interested in running for MDP office is welcome to run on the Solidarity Coalition Slate, provided they are in agreement with the Solidarity Coalition platform and can work on it together productively. Here are the Commitments and Responsibilities of each office up for election at the February Convention.

If there are more Solidarity Coalition members running for an office than positions available in that office, the Solidarity Coalition will hold a primary for each contested position on the Coalition Slate.

The filing deadline for the Michigan Solidarity Coalition primary for MDP Chair, Vice-Chair, or Chair of Vice-Chair of your Congressional District, is January 19th at 12pm (noon). Candidates for these positions must fill out the candidate information form by that time. The primary will be run online beginning 5pm January 19th through 5pm January 21st. The primary will be run online.

The filing deadline for primary for State Central Committee, Congressional District Officers (other than Chair and Vice-Chair), and Congressional District Committees, is 11:59pm February 8th. Candidates must fill out the candidate information form by that time. The primary for these positions will be held from 10am February 10th to 10am February 13th.
