Helsingin sarjakuvafestivaalit tarvitsee vapaaehtoisia! Tule mukaan joukkoomme!

Helsingin sarjakuvafestivaalit järjestetään Kaapelitehtaan Merikaapelihallissa 31.8.-1.9. Tarjolla on monenlaisia tehtäviä, mm. tiedotuksessa avustamista, näyttelyiden rakennusta, festivaalin rakentamisessa ja tapahtuman infopisteellä avustamista. Festivaalien tekoon voi tulla mukaan aina kevään esituotantovaiheesta lähtien. Tehtäviä on tarjolla paljon myös vapaaehtoisten oman osaamisen ja kiinnostuksenkohteiden mukaan!

Jos kiinnostuit vapaaehtoiseksi tulemisesta, täytä ilmoittautumislomake 27.6.2024 mennessä. Ilmoita alustavasti, minä päivinä voit olla mukana itse tapahtuman aikana. Apukäsiä tarvitaan erityisesti käytännön roudaus- ja rakentamistöissä festivaaliviikolla eli to 29.8. ja ma 2.9. välisenä aikana.

Vapaaehtoisille tarjotaan palkkioksi festaripaita, tuotepalkintoja ja luontaisetuja, sekä tietysti parhaat mahdolliset työtoverit.

Helsinki Comics Festival needs volunteers! Come join us!

Helsinki Comics Festival takes place in Cable Factory 31st August - 1st September. There are a wide variety of tasks for all helpful hands. e.g. press and writing content for the festival website and social media, exhibition construction, building the festival venue and assisting at the event's information desk. You can get involved in the making of festival already at the pre-production stage in the spring. There are a lot of tasks on offer according to the volunteers' individual skills and interests!

If you are interested in joining us, fill in this form by 27th June 2024. Please let us know preliminarily the time period and/or dates you are able to participate during the festival proper. Helping hands are especially needed during the festival week, i.e. between Thursday August 29th to Monday 2nd of September.

The festival will provide all volunteers a festival T-shirt designed by the festival artist, product prizes and other complimentary items. Above all else, you get to join the best festival crew possible.

Yleiset rakennus- ja purkutehtävät (näytteilleasettajien pöytien sijoittelu yms. roudaustehtävät) / General build-up and dismantle (setting up exhibitor tables etc. heavy-ish lifting)

Näyttelyiden rakennus- ja purku (töiden kehystäminen, ripustaminen yms.) / Exhibition build-up and dismantle

Päivystäminen festivaalin infotiskillä tapahtumaviikonloppuna / Customer service at the festival's info desk during the event

Juliste- ja tiedotusmateriaalin jakelu (huom. suoritetaan ennen itse tapahtumaa, elokuussa) / Poster and flyer distribution (note! takes place before the festival, in August)

Tiedotus- ja sisällöntuotanto (mm. kirjoitustehtävät festivaalien tiedotukseen, nettisivuartikkelit) / Press and content production (e.g. writing articles for festival press, social media)

Valokuvaus tapahtuman aikana (mm. lavahaastattelut, yleistunnelma) / Photography (e.g. taking photos of stage programmes, general atmosphere)

Tapahtuman livestream-lähetykset (mm. kuvaus, lähetystekniikka) / Event live stream broadcasts (e.g. camera operation, broadcast tech)

Lavahaastattelijana/paneelikeskustelun vetäjänä toimiminen / Interviewing/leading panel discussions on stage
