ASM 2017 Panel Session Proposal Form
Directions: Each panel session will last 2 hours, and should include 3-4 presenters who will share papers. In addition to formal paper presentations, panels can include respondents or extended periods of discussion. We also welcome proposals for panels that do not involve formal paper presentations: e.g., a film screening followed by discussion.

Panel organizers must provide an abstract describing the panel, as well as the names and contact information of individual presenters via this form.

Panel presenters must also submit individual paper proposals for the panel session via the “Presentation Proposal Form.” Respondents need not submit a proposal.

If you have questions about formulating a panel proposal, or if you are interested in leading or presenting on a panel but need help connecting with other presenters, contact Alison Fitchett Climenhaga (afitchet@nd.edu) and Al Tizon (al.tizon@covchurch.org).
