Use this form to indicate your choices for custom butchered half and whole hogs. Selections are listed in the order of popularity. (Remember, extra per-pound charges apply to dry-rubbed, corned/brined, smoked, cured and linked items.)
Your completed form will be emailed to you.
Just in case the butcher needs to contact you to clarify something.

If you choose to have your whole hog packed as two halves (Makes it easier for you to share with friend), the butcher will do their best to divide as evenly as possible. Odd numbers of cuts that can not be easily divided into two may be packed in a single box for you to determine how to split up.
