Pork - Custom Butchering Instructions Form
Use this form to indicate your choices for custom butchered half and whole hogs. Selections are listed in the order of popularity.

The following items have an added charge that will be billed with your balance due:
$1.50 per pound of Fresh Sausage.
$2.00 per pound of Smoked Sausage, Smoked Ham and Applewood Smoked Bacon.

If you choose to have your whole hog packed as two halves (Makes it easier for you to share with friend), the butcher will do their best to divide as evenly as possible. Odd numbers of cuts that can not be easily divided into two may be packed in a single box for you to determine how to split up.
